Oil paint on gallery-wrap (stapled on back) canvas stretched on wood frame. This is a new, original, somewhat abstract, somewhat impressionist painting which will be hand signed and dated by me (the artist) on the front (when the paint is completely dry). Also, the medium (OIL), as well as my signature, date, and title are written on the back of the painting. If you do not plan on framing this painting, I will paint the sides a solid color and wire the back for hanging at no additional cost, if you wish.

In this oil painting, the way the water is portrayed is especially striking. By painting the foreground a rich, dark blue and then gradually fading it to a blue almost as light as the sky, the artist creates a real feeling of depth to this piece of art.
